Don't recommend it at all! Avoid at all cost!
They'll charge you fees higher than market rate, and promise to fix the things in the apartment that need to be fixed as soon so you move in... but you'll have to chase them and their maintenance team for months and months on end, even when the landlord approves and pays, work is still not done.
You better take your business elsewhere...
