The Project consists of 396 Nos residential apartments (Studio – 174, 1 Bedroom –
222 Nos) including Retail outlets.
The Scope of works includes Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of
District cooling system, Smoke control system, Potable Water Supply system,
Drainage system, Electrical Power, Lighting, Lighting Control, Earthing, Lightening
Protection, Firefighting, LPG, Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, BMS, CCTV, Telephone,
Access control, Intercom systems. The total built up Area 413,517 Square Feet.
